I was up fairly early, and wandered into my study at 6:30am to check on emails that have come in overnight. I spent an hour or so answering them and then went out for a 15 mile cycle ride on the new bike.

I had a shower and a bit of breakfast when I returned, and I was back in the study by 9:30 and I spent the morning catching up on emails, sending out trade results to customers and then (at 11 o’clock) I took myself off to Starbucks in the town to sit with my laptop and work on my new trading system for a few hours. It was all quiet in the house and I fancied a bit of noise around me !

The mid/late afternoon was spent clearing out the loft at home (ready for it to be boarded out) and at 5pm I sat down in the kitchen and started to watch for signals on my “Evening” system (Trade With A Day Job). My 1st (and only) trade kicked off after the 6:15pm candle and by just after 8pm I had my usual target of +20 pips added to my account. In between watching the chart, I cooked some fish for supper and also searched the web for cheap flights to Australia ~ I would like to get out there in the next few weeks and get some winter sunshine.
